Ntense connects to a Ntense device via Bluetooth to display force measurements and review saved sessions.

Please include your app version, phone or tablet model, operating system version and a description of the issue. Only attach measurement exports if they are needed and you are comfortable sharing them.

Connecting your Ntense device

Turn on your Ntense device, keep it near your phone and allow Bluetooth access for Ntense. Open the app and choose Connect. Live measurements and device settings require a compatible Ntense device.

Importing saved sessions

Save your Ntense JSON export in the Files app. In Ntense, open History, open the import/export menu, choose Import and select your file. A hardware connection is not required to review imported sessions.
